UDC and Ruzgar Healthcare sign a shareholders agreement to establish and operate “The Pearl International Hospital”

United Development Company (UDC), the lead developer of Pearl and Gewan Islands, announced the signing of a shareholders agreement with Ruzgar Healthcare Holding to establish and operate Pearl International Hospital on Pearl Island.
The agreement was signed by Ibrahim Jassim al-Othman, president of the SVP, CEO and member of the board of directors; and Oktay Ercan, President of Ruzgar Healthcare Holding, at the UDC Tower.
Al-Othman said, “The Pearl International Hospital represents a new milestone in the value-added services and facilities that the SVP introduces for the residents of Pearl Island. The partnership with Ruzgar Healthcare will specifically set new standards for advanced medical services and deliver an unparalleled patient experience in Qatar. In addition to the new hospital, the UDC is also finalizing the development of “United School International” with the aim of making the island an all-inclusive development.
For his part, Ercan said that by partnering with UDC, Ruzgar Healthcare is embarking on a new solid investment step that will indeed set new high standards for medical services that match the expectations of the Pearl Island community. .
The Pearl International Hospital, which will be located in the Central Medina, will cover 11,000 m² and accommodate all medical specialties with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, top-quality medical services and qualified professionals to provide excellence. clinical and patient-centered care. . The general hospital is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.
